New rules on training sessions and games


  • We all do the warm-up exercises together. If you are late, YOU MUST follow the coach instructions e.g. do 3 rounds around the field — NO SKIPPING! —
  • After warm-up exercise, all players get together AROUND THE COACH and listen to the training program. Remember to stay focus and listen to the instructions.
  • If you have something to complain about the training session, talk to the coach AFTER THE TRAINING SESSION. There is no point to complain about certain exercises during training. Our coach has planned the training session beforehand.
  • Show some respect for your team colleagues following Fair-Play, for example when there is rough playing and you happen to kick or foul someone during trainings, be friendly and stop the game. There might be situations when we are playing intensively but remember that WE ARE A TEAM so NO NEED TO INJURE or PUT IN DANGER a team mate.


The registration for official games will CLOSE ONE DAY BEFORE the game starts, so please register early enough. After that the coach will announce the FINAL LIST with maximum 16 players. The selection will be based on training attendance and tactical reasons. 

In case you are not in the list of players, you were too late to register or you are injured, you can always come to support the team and come to watch the games. Remember you are still a member of the team.
